· Find new customers and drive sales in assigned region;
· Create comprehensive marketing field trips in line with company goals and objectives;
· Aid in developing strategic marketing plan, and monitor effective execution of plan;
· Manage and improve all marketing measuring results;
· Co-ordinate with relevant departments in ensuring sales growth;
· Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to Executive Management;
· Manage and strengthen sales and marketing staffs to reach the sale target;
· Search and analyze for potential strategic partnerships;
· Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners;
. Perform other duties as needed.

· At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Sales, or other related field.
· At least 5 years of full time working experience in marketing, or sales.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English.
· Experience in furniture industry preferred.
· Demonstrate creative thinking and good attention to details.
· Excellent organization and time management skills and communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines.
· Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks and making decisions.
· Ability to maintain positive, respectful, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and various social media platforms.
. Ability to work extended hours, if needed.
· At least 5 years of full time working experience in marketing, or sales.
